Due marce consentono al mezzo di spostarsi con una velocità massima di 20 km/h, mentre un’interfaccia plug in – il sistema Universal Charge – presiede alla ricarica della batteria, con tempi che variano dalle 2 alle 4 ore. Inoltre, il carro miscelatore Leader PF è provvisto di un sistema per il recupero dell’energia (durante la frenata e il rilascio dell’acceleratore) che, immagazzinata, prolunga ulteriormente l’autonomia operativa del mezzo. Come la versione a motore endotermico, il Leader PF Full Electric è dotato di quattro ruote motrici, sterzanti che permettono tre tipologie di sterzatura (concentrica, a granchio o solo anteriore), e di sospensioni idropneumatiche, registrabili in altezza attraverso un comando presente in cabina.
