The Forlì based Siboni company joins the Bondioli & Pavesi team

At the end of September, the Mantuan company Bondioli & Pavesi (the headquarters are in Suzzarra) completed the acquisition of the Forlì company Siboni, specialized in the development and production of electric motors and mechatronic solutions that integrate brushless motors, planetary gearboxes and electronics onboard. Thanks to the technological know-how of the Romagna company, Bondioli & Pavesi will consolidate its position in the electric and hybrid transmission segment.
