Si tratta di macchine portate – sono azionate tramite albero cardanico dalla presa di forza del trattore e tramite un sistema biella/manovella in aggiunta a un quadrilatero articolato – che realizzano piccoli fori nel terreno di diametro variabile tra gli 8 e i 25 mm atti all’ossigenazione delle radici dell’erba e al drenaggio del terreno. La creazione di un nuovo albero di manovelle permette un bilanciamento delle forze di prim’ordine con contrappesi in grado di mitigare l’effetto della maggiore velocità di rotazione (+60%) su tutto il cinematismo e di evitare vibrazioni dannose per cuscinetti, perni e snodi. Lo studio del bilanciamento è avvenuto tramite un’attenta analisi della posizione del baricentro della manovella, che va a controbilanciare anche parte della massa della biella. La casa costruttrice bolognese rimarca che è ormai rimasta un unicum nel panorama nazionale: la solo produttrice di questa particolare tipologia di attrezzi. Selvatici evidenzia inoltre che tale segmento di macchine non era presente finora nella produzione e va a colmare un gap tecnico e di mercato che a oggi premiava la concorrenza estera. Un aspetto che differenza gli Aeroking è la scelta di alleggerire la pressione della molla sul bordo anteriore del foro (diminuendone sostanzialmente le sbavature e consentendone l’effetto anche sul sabbioso), dovuta al fatto che la distanza tra i due fulcri che durante il lavoro stanno fermi sul telaio è superiore alla distanza tra i due fulcri collegati all’utensile. Altra caratteristica distintiva è la scelta di mantenere un riduttore centrale e una trasmissione tramite alberi scanalati che permette di evitare l’utilizzo di ingombranti trasmissioni laterali (a cinghia o a catene). by Federico Valentini By presenting the new Aeroking aerator, Selvatici wants to make a greater impact in the sector of professional machines dedicated to the maintenance of sports and non-natural grass fields. These are mounted machines - they are driven by means of a cardan shaft from the tractor's PTO and by means of a connecting rod/crankshaft system in addition to an articulated quadrilateral - which make small holes in the ground with diameters varying between 8 and 25 mm to oxygenate the grass roots and drain the soil. The creation of a new crankshaft allows first-rate balancing of forces with counterweights capable of mitigating the effect of the increased speed of rotation (+60%) on the entire kinematic mechanism and avoiding harmful vibrations for bearings, pivots and joints. The balance was studied by carefully analysing the position of the crank's centre of gravity, which also counterbalances part of the connecting rod's mass. The Bologna-based manufacturer emphasises that it is now unique on the national scene: the only manufacturer of this particular type of tool. Selvatici also points out that this segment of machines was not present in production until now and fills a technical and market gap that to date has rewarded foreign competitors. One aspect that makes Aeroking different is the choice to lighten the pressure of the spring on the front edge of the hole (substantially reducing the burr and allowing it to have an effect even on sandy ground), due to the fact that the distance between the two fulcrums that stand still on the frame during work is greater than the distance between the two fulcrums connected to the tool. Another distinguishing feature is the choice of maintaining a central gearbox and transmission via splined shafts, which avoids the use of cumbersome side drives (belt or chain).
